I had given Rs 170,000 for a simplex house to Vasundhara Land and Developers in Bhubaneswar. Initially they had told the house would be completed in 2012. Since they could not start this project and they should have return my money. They seem to be fraud and cheat people. When I asked for my money refund they are ignoring now.

Why is the Government not having a Real Estate Regulator is it only interested in Making Money by means of Corruption ? Their should be special regulator to protect the interests of the common man like the RBI is for Banking sector in India.
