Monsoon rain inside my Samsung UA46D7000 State of Art 3D LED TV

Last year I bought the Samsung Ultra-thin UA46D7000 State of Art Smart 3D LED TV , 7 Series supposed to be the latest model of Samsung from Vijay Electronics, Opera House, Mumbai. I was not at all comfortable to Samsung TV, more specifically to Samsung LED as the customer feedback on Samsung LED were not good, to that extent there are comments from aggrieved customers that Samsung is yet to learn LED technology and poor customer support and LED fails in 6 months.. So I insisted for LG , more trusted model and friendly customer service. Since my dealer assured me on this particular model, more so I was looking for a slim model , at last moment I was constrained to go for this model after paying Rs 110000 against Rs 80k for LG. Mid last month , we noticed vertical continuous flowing multi colour lines , numbering over a dozen, covering half of the TV (reminds me of the old 1940’s movies ) in the middle of the screen which used to appear like continuous flowing of rain .Initially I ignored it as I thought it may due to disturbance in transmission. I called our service provider TATA SKY and they found signals are ok. I tried the DVDs/ Blueray player, I found these lines were seen. So I immediately called my dealer who said there is a problem with the display panel. I lodged a complaint with Samsung customer Service No : 8430789195. The technician who visited my place, has confirmed there appears to be problem, and advise change of display unit. I asked him why this problem and he said it is due to defective display panel and I told him that since the TV is still under warranty, I do not like any repair as I had earlier bad experience with Samsung GALAXY 2 mobile. After paying over a lac of rupees, I would not like my place for a Samsung research Centre and to have a piece which conks off within 10 months. I have feelers that it is going to be perennial problem of poor quality display & controls . So, whatever Samsung repair offers would be a temporary solution and the problem would definitely recur again , by that time the product would be out of warranty, I would be asked to shell out Rs 50K . So I would like to go in for any repair. Still I wonder any display unit has over 75000 hrs life , it has not even completed 2000 hours!!! It is more than a week since the complaint is lodged and embarrassed to switch on the TV as people laugh at me for a live monsoon showers in my smart 3D (4D!) TV.

I need a brand new TV on replacement as the TV is just 10 months old , used hardly for 2000 hrs. Since Samsung does not have a replacement policy, I need my money back with simple 12% interest.
