Hi, I had taken “Resume Writing India” and “Smart CV” – these two services from monsterindia. They took money for both services promising me – a textual CV and a smart CV. But after few days they only delivered a textual CV. Even after asking about the “Smart CV” – which is supposed to be a specially written CV that will have a visual impact – it was not delivered to me. As I had already paid the money, the service quality, response from Monsterindia just plain “degraded”. I am asking for an apology from Monsterindia and immediate delivery of my “SmartCV”.

I have not been delivered the service for which I paid more than 4,000 – four thousand rupees.
