I have placed online Order #100014524 (placed on December 29, 2014 11:37:07 AM IST) They said to deliver, within 4 days. After 4 days I contacted their support team. They replied that your order is in un serviceable area. Then again, I re-check on their website www.montecarlo.in. Still it show support to delivery order to pincode-411027. After constant follow up and email. They keep be giving some or other reasons. But Did not delivered by order till today (5-Jan-2015, 4:00 pm)

Refund my amount + fine some amount. So that they do not repeat it again with other customer.
