Sir It is to bring your kind notice that recently I have purchased Moto E mobile through flipkart.com vide order ID no.: OD40817048242 dated 17.08.14 received on 22.08.14. The very next day phone slipped out of my hand because the back case of phone was found to be slippery as motorola did not provided anti-slippery back case which they provided to other customers for the same product. Then I visited Vignesh Services (Authorized service centre) and I was told that screen needs to be replaced which will cost around Rs. 2500 and will take one week. I deposited my cell with them. After that when I tried to contact the service centre, I found that most of the times given contact no. is switched off or once in a while they picked a call. Sir, Till date I have not recieved my phone and today they told me to contact them on coming saturday (07.09.14) to know the status of my phone.
Harassment and loss of valuable time. Economic loss of Rs. 2500 due to slippery back case (Manufacturing defect). It is pertinent to mention here that motorola has provided Anti-slippery back case to the other consumers of the same product. Many difficulties faced due to non availability of my phone since 25.09.2014.
