Moto X-Play Hardware Ear Phone Issues

With reference would like to highlight my phone issue. Its consecutive 3rd time when i am getting earphone issue with in 3 months. I bought my phone Moto X-Play on 5-May-2016 from flipkart. After with in 1 month earphone issue observed. I approached to nearest service center and they took almost 1 month for issue resolution. After 3 days same issue observed in my phone. Again i approached to syscomp infosol. Again they took almost same amount of time. On 23-Aug i received my phone from service center. Today, 24-Aug again same issue observed. Mobile malfunction 3 times in three months due to hardware issue. Almost 50+ days my phone was with service center only and on top of it no proper justification arranged by service center. I am a telecom professional and for me Its difficult to manage the things in office hours. I asked to customer care executive share me the escalation matrix but no proper response. I cant handle this issue any more. With this forum here my request to change my handset or give my money back asap.
