Motorola Mobile – No Customer Service

Purchased by Flipkart.com India (Order Date: 17 October, 2015 10:20 PM) My handset is under warranty/guarantee. After using it for about 2 months I discovered that headphone jack of the handset is not working properly and for that I submitted it in Motorola Authorized Service Centre on 28 December/2015 they gave me Job number:- AMSDEL007422, on 23/01/2016 I got a mail that my device had been repaired and I can collect it from service centre but when I got my handset back in my hands, I found that it is in the same condition in which I had submitted it and they close my Job Number(AMSDEL007422) without my permission or without checking that the device is working properly or not. After that I have to submit it for second time again for the same problem and they provided me new Job Number:-AMSDEL007985. Then I talked to the Motorola customer care helpline and they assured me that my device will repaired by 22/02/2016 but it doesn’t happened and my device is under repair till now. And I have to submit it again for Third time for the same problem on 05/March/2016(work order No. JNP/MG/15/00903). I had talked to Motorola customer care helpline/service centre several times but every time they are giving me an excuses that they don’t have parts/shipment issue. It was more than 69 days and my device is not repaired.

Every day costs me and I am also mentally disturbed as my Mobile Handset is submitted in service centre for more than 69 days. without phone I have to suffer lots of difficulties. I am facing loss of 80-82 rupees daily. I want Refund/Replacement and compensation for the economic loss and mental harassment.
