On 19 august 2013 I made an application for purchasing a new gas connection from INDANE Gas Dealer, M/s Durga Gas Agency at Sanjauli Shimla. M/s Durga Gas Agency has Forcefully sold me a gas stove of worth Rs.1600, unnecessarily with a new gas connection, saying that it is compulsory to be purchased at the time of new connection. whereas as per the policy of the Indian oil coporation (www.indane.co.in) it is clearly mentioned in their site that it is not compulsory for a customer to purchase a gas stove with a new connection of Gas. I also talked with the customer support cell of INDANE, regarding this complaint and they also suiggested me and clarified that the sale of gas stove by the said dealer is not compulsory, and it therefore depends on the choice of customer whether to buy or not.

I request your good self to kindly take a due concern on my matter and file a suit of forgery on the seller, and compensate me to the extent of price i was forced to pay for the gas stove. I also ask compensation for the mental agony i was put into by the seller.
