I had given my laptop for servicing to M/s Hitech Informatics on 04.10.2014 as it had a problem with display. They said that they will charge Rs.1000 for diagnosing the problem. I asked them to give me the bill after paying Rs.1000. They said, it will be e-mailed to my id but till date they have not given me the bill. Also, they said that they will send me the quotation for repairing my laptop by 06.10.2014, but till now I have not received any e-mails from their side. Hence I feel I have been cheated by taking Rs.1000 from me.

I need the money I paid (Rs.1000) for diagnosing the problem as they have not given any report/bill performing the same.
