Dear Sir, I have installed CNG kit from M/s Pandey Bros Sales & Service Pvt.Ltd in the month of November 2012. where as i did not get any bill though repeated follow up. As the company is not functioning properly and because of the same i am also not getting proper service from this company. Company website/phones/contact person not available to discuss the issues faced with cng kit. The kit is not functioning properly. Also would like to inform that the kit was installed in the month of november 2012 where as the registration is saying august 2012.

I have visited the company office many times whereas the office was closed and could not get the problem resolved. this caused me so much of problem and the same was rectified with other mechanic. Everytime i have to make paid visit to different mechanics due to unavailability of Pandey bros. sales & service station. since the warrantee given by pandey bros is not functioning request you to kindly recover the cost of that warantee too.The act of m/s pandey bros sales & services pvt ltd caused mental agony due to the behavior and unnecessary trouble.

I would like him to replace the cng kit and to be paid for my visits to his office and the repair costs to be recovered from him which i have paid since then. since the warrantee given by pandey bros is not functioning request you to kindly recover the cost of that warantee too.
