Dear Sir, I have paid Rs. 3880 (for recharge of 4000 after deducting commission amount) on 07.05.2014 against receipt no 610 for recharge of my Lapo Sim e Top – 8764488xxx & 8764488xxx to M/s Prakash Chandra Gajanand, mount abu. But the distributor had made recharge of Rs.1000 & 1000=2000 against moblie no 8764488xxx & balance amount recharge not made till date. I have already complained on 18.06.2014 to SUB DIVISIONAL MANAGER (commerce),SIROHI & CJM-JAIPUR & AGAIN REMINDER FAX ON 25.06.2014 TO SUB DIVISIONAL MANAGER (commerce),SIROHI.(copy of complaint attached for your reference) but till date i have not received any proper response from BSNL department so i am complaining you (Higher Authority) to take necessary action. i have also complained with higher authority but they have also done nothing. I am small seller of mobile recharge & i required this amount urgently. Please do asap. attached copy of fax & email done to bsnl authority.
