Under iPhone 5S scheme released by M/s. Reliance communication, I had placed an order for purchase of iphone 5S 16 GB (color : space grey) on December 7th, 2013. Order no. against this purchase is XGAIPNQBR. I paid an amount of Rs. 61856/- through my Citibank credit card as indicated in scheme document. Before placement of order, I got confirmation from executive of Reliance that all orders which would be placed by December 12th would be positively shipped by December 17th (indicating that there would be a price hike after December 12th). Order has not been shipped as of yet. Most of the times, customer care nos. didn’t get connected, even if they get connected no clear status of dispatch is available with executives. Each time likely shipment date on order tracking page is getting changed. Credit card company has already billed me towards this purchase. I don’t see a clear commitment from vendor towards shipping my order
In case vendor doesn’t ship my order in another 4 days time, I want my money back along with the damage incurred by me on terms of loss of interest and the interest paid by me to credit card company, charges towards reversal etc. Can vendor pay me towards the mental harassment and towards the effort in making phone calls?
