When checked MRP on the packing box erased, and mrp on the slipper printed as Rs.399/- where as charged Rs.449/- When visited store on 26th dec and spoke to Murali on this regard. he says this is company policy he cannot do anything, if not interested he told me to give back the product and take refund. In my view charging MORE THAN MRP is offence.

excess amount charged should be refunded along with incidental charges incurred. the practice of charging more than mrp should be stopped
