I booked bus ticket through GOIBIBO from banglore to vijayawada…And the Travels name is VRL…due to RTO seize the bus was cancelled and i received message from VRL that the bus was cancelled 1hours prior to departure time….and they said that they will refund the amount….When I checked the credit card the refund was not yet done…so I called to Ibibo for refund…and they are repeatedly saying that the bus was cancelled…just like ROBOS…And the bus actual departure time was at 8:45pm for VRL and as the bus was cancelled I booked ticket for Morning Star on the same night at 8PM…I asked the Ibibo customer care that “You are saying that the bus was not cancelled, that means I missed the bus…”. In that case what is the fun in booking the bus which is @8PM (Morning Star) and I told them I have the credit card statement also. Moreover, I forwarded the cancelled message which I have received from VRL…Finally their service is really annoying…It seems that they have robs in their customer care centre…They are repeating the same statement twice n thrice that the bus was not cancelled. Finally ended the call…
