Dear Sir/Mam This to u bring to ur kind notice that I met with an accident with my bike and clip holding the rear mudguard was creaked. However Mr. Anil the service mechanic at Swami Motors, Kanpur has told after seeing my bike that mudguard need to be changed and asked me to purchased from their service centre shop . I purchased the Mud Guard from M/S Swami Motors, but when my mechanic told that it is not needed I went to return the spare part but they are not taking it back. I have purchased slip also. Kindly help me in this case to get my money back and return the spare part as it is of no use of mine.

t has given me a mental extortion by the Swami Motors owner Mr Anil Khanna and his staff as they have misbehaved with me with abusive language in front of public. Total compensation should be not less then Rs 20,000 and a latter of sorry from him.
