MSEB – Ignoring correction of name no response

I been recently shifted to Pune from 01st June 2014 in newly constructed flat. and from the first month i got electricity bill with the wrong middlename I immediately went online and registered the request_complaint on MSEB site but nobody processed it and the request was closed without resolving it and without my concern. I called MSEB helpline many times along with on office numbers. They told me to submit KYC documents along with an application for correction of name. I have submitted that. Even after 4 months of time. I am getting bill with wrong middlename. Everymonth i raise the points and call them. they convince that issue will be resolved in the next month and this is ongoing. my MSEB number is 160256435940 and subdivision where i complaint many times in st mary subdivision 4610. I escalated mails many times to the higher authorities but no response though Requesting for your intervention
