Hi, I applied for the home loan in LIC in Aug 2014. Paid 5618 rupees cheques .The legal verification of flat and our document was done. LIC gave us loan sanctioned letter and asked to give the remaining processing amount and the sale deed draft. Now we have fixed the registration date and signed all the document which were given to us. Now there are only 10 days remaining for the registration now the LIC HF is telling the valuation of the property has 120% deviation so they are rejecting the loan. Can you please suggest what action needs to be taken against these people. If this was case why did they give us Hard copy of sanction letter. I would have approached other banks. Now the registration date all is confirmed and now how will be go with it?

Because of all this I went to mental tension, and I arranged money for the registration and other expenses by selling my gold. I had plans to shift to own house after registration so I have asked my rented house owner to give my advanced back and they have found a new tenant. I need compensation for all these else need them to sanction loan without delay.
