When registered with 100bestbuy.com their representative has not told the terms & conditions that I can not use my credit 100%. when ordered some men’s cloth they asked us to pay 50% and remaining 50% adjusted against my credit. When received the product it is a scrap item what they have shown in the site and what received was totally different. when contacted they told me to return I spent Rs300 to courier back the item. Then I requested them to refund my total money they are telling it is not possible. I though of using my credit and tried again they are showing all product priced 30% more than market in this website and asking us to pay 90% after adjusting 10% from the credit amount.it is a real cheating by charging 30% more and adjusting 10% from the credit. All consumers registered with 100bestbuy.com may be facing the same issue, would you please help to get my refund.
