I order 2 thing online on 3rd November and order number is 25732213 and 25732213. There is confirmation mail from shopclues.com with tracking number of my shipment in blue dart and dotzot. But there is no such a tracking number in both shipment company’s track record which is given by shopclues.com and i contact their customer support but there is no one to pick up call when i call the other number of them they answer me that this is not the customer care and put down the call when i demand to give his head or team leaders cell number or talk to him..please do look in to this matter i m not only one but there is many more on their complaints blogs…please take action on shopclues.com

Please take action on shopclues.com and teach them how to behave with customer and take a promise to do not give this type of services next time otherwise shut it down. I want my order shipment or money refund with interest and waste my time.
