I was sent a courier from Indonesia. Cn no : 3519625093, Name :E.S.Sivareddy, It contain aloevera fertilizer 5 liters quantity which I ordered the Indonesian company and to use it on my farm. Once every thing is good I want to start my marketing of this product by getting licence from Indian govt. But the courier is not delivered to me and now I was told that the courier is lost. I then asked for the same product to be delivered to me or pay me 30 K INR. For lost of my material and time. Now there is no response and still DHL people were telling they need some time. I waited for more than a month dealing with them. If it was delivered I would have seen my trails and gone for govt approvals and now I want to demand DHL to pay 75000 for creating many difficulties to me and wasting the time. (The DHL man Mr Naresh who dealing this issue told to update me every day but no updates and he conclude that the courier was missing and on 4 th I came to know it was damaged which mean he just lied to me. I have all mail conservations done between me and DHL people )

I want to be paid at least 75000 INR from DHL express India pvt ltd. For wasting my time For not delivering my consignment, For not responding to me until I call them.
