I have placed an order for the product “Fastrack Core NB9732QL01 Women’s Watch” on 20th Oct, 2014 and it was supposed to be delivered by 27th Oct, 2014. After waited for 8 days when I sent a reminder to them, I came to know that the product could not be delivered through the seller to whom it was placed and they have made arrangement to deliver it by a different seller. It was mentioned the product would be delivered by 6th Nov, 2014. But now it is already 6 PM on 6th Nov, 2014 and nothing is received by us. In this context I request to please look into it and resolve.

I want a refund of at least Rs 500/- towards telephone charges and mental harassment.
