Snapdeal.com – Non redressal of complaint after continous reminders

I had ordered 1 silver coin on 22nd October 2014 from snapdeal.com ,i.e. before Diwali as agist on Diwali to my sister,Till date I have not received the product.I have send various mails and did more than half dozen calls their customer care but every time they want 24-48 hrs time.Since last 3 days they are giving me name and number of courier company and saying that the reasons are beyond our control and we can not help in it. They are asking me to contact courier company myself .Number of courier company is 0124-4718900 continuous busy. twice I spoke to courier guys they are saying that we will deliver tomorrow from last 3 days. This is mental harassment and exploitation on common people .

I want them to pay for mental harassment and embarrassment and irresponsible behavior they have shown and also no seriousness towards the normal people who believe on their heavy advertisements.
