Post paid card having number 9619943xxx was used on international roaming. Credit limit of the card was 15500 rs, bill generated is >80000. There was no notification of the credit limit increased or bill usage. More over since last 6 months, lots of parties contacting for settlement with various amount but do not settle it at all. Last month i gave check of rs 30000 for settlement and now they want to return it saying that settlement is not possible. Staff misbehaves on phone and keep calling for payment but noon wants to actually look into the issue. Case is going from one department to another, and everyone has separate view on bill issue.

Want to settle the amount with actual usage we did. (Not more then credit limit) – Want to stop harassing calls from collection parties – Want my mobile number back working.
