I ordered a bunch of 12 red roses from this site for midnight delivery. Firstly there was fungus on almost all the flowers. Secondly the delivery boy was very unprofessional and instead of delivery this gift on door step, asked the customer to come to the place he was standing and collect the flowers. I have attached the pic of roses with fungus.

I contacted the web site on the number mentioned on site. They asked me to drop a mail to them with details. When i dropped a mail to them, they said that they accept complaints only if the complaint in made within 24 hours. I mentioned that i made a complaint within 12 hours on the number mentioned on site. Then they updated, that complaint should have made in the form of email.

I want compensation for not providing satisfactory services.
