i have informed mtnl that i have stopped using its broadband services connected with free phone no.28083836 w.e.f. 21.09.13 and i have requested for a final bill after disconnection of the tri band services. but it has not been done yet, instead they are sending monthly bill even there was no use ot it.
i want mtnl must stop billing me any further after 21.09.2013 and send their representative to collect the modem/router which they installed in my flat as the earliest.
