I have an MTNL broadband connection bearing number is 011-22341956 (mandoli budh vihar delhi-110093). my broadband is not working since last 15 days. no one is responding about the issue, MTNL SDO says problem will remain same until undefined time as wiring is cut by some guys. no one is taking responsibility. if they can’t do their work honestly then why they are eligible to taking sallery. all mtnl staff is so irritating no one try to understand my problem my whole work suffers all the time just because of MTNL’s damn bad service. please help me out.
