MTNL – broadband have not been working properly closes my unresolved complaint without my permission.

Our broadband and Landlines have not been working properly since last 1 month. Broadband keeps dropping the connection and Phone line is noisy. For the last few months, every time MTNL closes my unresolved complaint without my permission.

I want Good connection and prompt action on complaint with 2 months waiver in bill.
