I have mtnl broad band connection on telephone number 28312898. Which is not working since 01-08-2013 for which i regular complaint and email to gmwest@bol.net.in and amrg@bol.net.in. Every time complaint remove without attending even these authority has not taken no action to solve my problem.

I am practicing charter accountant. Last extended date of itr filling was 05-08-2013. Even i need internet on regular basis. You can imagine how much i economic and mentally damage by this mtnl authorities to linemen.

Please take action to remove the fault permanently. So that in future this broadband connection works properly. Secondly liabilities and responsibility should be fixed of authorities or working staff who never bothered to attend the fault even remove this complaint every time without attending it
