Hi My MTNL No is 25030224. MTNL bill of the Month August 2014. Bill No. 2507005053 dated 13-AUG-2014. MTNL has charged unknown amount of Rs 210 plus service tax. I called at 1500 two times but MTNL is unable to provide information to this. They gave accounts manager number 011-25620400 and 011-25620600 but nobody picks phone there. MTNL is charging without any info. Why there is easy no way to information. and also there is no penalty on them because they are government undertakings. Please do the needful.
