Mtnl landline phone number -25461778. Was dead since 2nd may 2013, almost 3 months. Despite of complaint again and again fault was not rectified. I complaint this matter to Mr. Azad and Mr. Goswami SDO RAJOURI GARDEN EXCHANGE NEW DELHI. Many time but no action was taken by them. I request you to look in the matter and take the necessory action as soon as possible

As i have a broadband conection, I am unable to acess the internet services and go to the cyber cafe which is costly. And even I had visited mtnl office many times, the staff behaviour was very bad they are not listning properly to the complaint and promisis the it will be rectified in this week but still phone was dead

I want the fault to be rectified urgently and the bill waiver
