Sir I owned a MTNL prepaid mobile sim on 02 may 14 and recharged with Rs 90/- plan. According to this plan my all STD mobile call rates are 1P/sec but i have noticed that whenever i am calling a STD call on Idea network they are charging me 2p/sec.I talked to customer care so many times but its all in vain, its time consuming and not a reasonable reason for 2p/sec charges. I registered two complaints regarding this matter on 04 & 09 may 14 nos are 788703 & 789143 but till now neither i have been refunded my extra charged money nor this problem is solved for idea network. My STD idea called nos are 8503936697, 8440940329. Please take action to solve this problem.
