MTNL – Evacuation work wire disconnected, deadline to fix

Hi My phone is dead from past 5 days and i registered a complaint with MTNL. Initially the customer care told that complaint has already been registered. I again called after two days and customer care told that a new complaint no # 312 is generated. After that i called next day to MTNL officials on multiple numbers and there was no action taken on it. Due to evacuation work the wire has been disconnected and there is no deadline to fix it. Last to last week again my phone was dead for 4 days and after multiple follow up and calls i got it rectified despite registering a complaint.

My phone should be rectified immediately and if they cannot, MTNL should provide me a dongle connection for free untill the phone is rectified with a 2MBPS connection speed. Also my phone bill should get reduced since phone was not in working condition for around 10 days.
