I got the MTNL connection in Sep 14. Since then there is frequent disconnection. I have registered complaints on almost all days but no remedial action has been taken by the MTNL staff. The broadband people say that the problem is with telephone line and the line repair people say it is the broadband people who will look into the matter. No solution has been provided till date.

Repair work may be expedited and a refund of half of the monthly charges of 650 plus tax may be given to me for the mental trauma I am facing.
