This is to inform you that I am a MTNL Delhi Prepaid Broadband Subscriber with Telephone No 011-23361720. I have taken the new prepaid connection in last week of July 13 and duly paid all charges that were asked by MTNL as one time installation and testing. I was assured that no further monthly rent or any bill would come to me. However on checking my account online, a bill of Rs 62 is being shown due against my phone no. I have called the customer care who have confirmed that it is a non genuine bill. I sincerely appeal MTNL to correct this mistake and I will not be paying any bill, the same should be rectified in my account. Complaint No. 2: The instrument given to me at the time of connection was push button type. Many keys were also not working. It is an old and second hand instruemnt. I will not accept this cheating from MTNL. I am paying you 500 as installation charges, I want a new instrument with ID Caller Facility. Complaint No 3: My prepaid broadband wasn’t working for 4 days and no one attended the complaint too. However, MTNL has not provided me any extension in validity as promised on their website. Till date, the download speed is limited to 100 Kbps against a spec of 512 Kbps as checked from MTNL Broadband Speed Tester. Please resolve all the 3 complaints on a priority basis
