Landline phone no 26463xxx is faulty. There is no dial tone. I face same problem very frequently. Each time I made a complaint online, after 12 hrs the complaint status show no pending complaint. I do not get satisfactory reply from MTNL office at Nehru Nagar. Every time I get the message that cable is faulty. This has been happening since September 1 You are requested to look into the matter at the earliest
