Model ua46f6400armxl extended warranty not being given message *sir/ madam i had purchased led 3d tv ua46f6400armxl with sl. no.23983zed500047m on 14 august 2013 with 2 yr. warranty on the selected model at that time.i had not paid or asked for second year warranty. it was given complementary. now call center is saying product is in extended warranty hence warranty cannot be purchased in extended warranty.my concern is i am loosing 2 yrs. of warranty because of that second year free warranty which i had not asked for. it was given to me at time of purchase on 14 aug 2013 by company. so in short by not wasting ur time i was given 2 year warranty on eve of 15 aug 2013 out of which one year warranty was free of cost. now samsung india not extending warranty on payment saying it is not in warranty as u have purchased extended warrant. but this was a complementary warranty given to me.
i want to purchase paid warranty for 2 years.
