Our Telephone no 01127225195 is out of order since three month.Since three month we are continuously filling complaint through phone. Everytime our previous complaint number gets automatically closed in system. Everyday someone from MTNL calls on the phone and asks if phone is working?……everyday we ask the person to send line man in our house to check the problem but he never listens and hung the phone.

From the past 3 months we are being chasing MTNL people but getting no response. This is very frustrating.

Phone no should be working properly and rebate in telephone bill as no service is provided by MTNL so why we pay bill.
