Reference- Misuse of phone by unidentified person despite blocking.

Dear Sir

This is to inform you on urgent basis that my phone having number 9868XX8894 is still active (as per your bill Dated- 07/10/2014 bearing invoice number 100176506310) despite the fact that the request for blocking the number was made by undersigned in the month of August and thereafter reconfirmed in the month of 2014. Even the bills received by the undersigned prior to the present invoice in question, with zero payable amount confirmed that the number has been blocked. This bill dated 07/10/2014 showing the payable amount as Rs. 2971 has been received to be complete surprise and shock of the undersign.The number and the device has been stolen in the month of August 2014 and has never been used by the undersigned since. It is apparent that the whereabouts of the thief could be traced from the call record or with the help of police assistance. the undersigned is not responsible and liable to pay any amount since August 2014. However the undersigned remains completely available for any coorperation needed to apprehend the thief and the amount due from him.
