My Mobile Phone Services has been Temporary suspended without giving any prior notice. I had paid all the dues and all payments are in advance. Now no outgoing & incoming from My Mobile Phone. I have not received any SMS or mail for Discontinue of Service

First of all i want to activate my Mobile Services with immediate effect and give me the reason why my services discontinued and written apologized from the GM Level person and take necessary action against the officers involved in. Consumer care can also take any other Necessary action on my behalf.
