i booked for new broadband connection 2 times.. by paying 500rs each time. but no one came for connection purpose. when i called to the office, every time they give new no.

first time they said your application is cancelled due to technical issue, then i cancel the request but can’t get 500 back. then after, i go for another booking by asking about the connection problem is fixed.. they again booked new request for connection but then also i can’t get the connection
