My Phone no. (011-25392739) was dead because of problem in wire I filed a complaint on dated around 31st Dec2013 or 1st Jan 2014 to MTNL and my complaint no. was 1356 which supposed to be sorted out within 2-3 days according to Citizen Charter but they come after 15 days.
My important works because of phone problem interrupted e.g. checking mail, payment of online bills, my office work etc.
I want to reduce the bill amount as it was not fully used by me
