Tataswach – closure with a false remark that the bulb has been replaced

This is an update to my previous complaint that I filed on 23-1-2014. Today, on 24-1-2014, a technician from Tata did visit my home. The complaint no. (TSDL-2101201443121) he carried with himself was the one they mischievously generated on 21-1-2014 to show that they reported on time. The reality is that I filed my complaint on 23-1-2013. The technician did some procedures on the bulb (that actually filters water in a purifier) and it started working. The technician took my signatures and left. However, after an hour, the bulb stopped working normally. I have informed the technician on his personal mobile number and he has assured me of a visit again tomorrow. I will see what he does tomorrow. However, the issue regarding my first complaint filed on 23-12-2013 and its closure with a false remark that the bulb has been replaced is still shrouded in mist. I just that I should report about the latest developments. Thanks.
