i having been facing speed drop problem from the 1 week. i have been promised the speed of 4mbps as per my plan (tri combo ul data-349) according to which i should be getting 4 mbps of download speed which i am not getting. from the last one week i am not only facing the problem of speed drop but also the problem of the 4 green lights (power,dsl,internet,wlan)on my wifi modem (450 tc1) resetting again and again. the resetting of 4 green(power,dsl,internet,wlan) lights is very constant almost in every 4 to 5 mins. i have been using mtnl broadband connection for the past 3 to 4 years and this is the kind of service i am getting from mtnl. mtnl no :- 01128744xxx mobile no:-987326xxx consumer no:- 2051764487 name :- v.k.juneja r-772-a new rajinder nagar new delhi
