My landline number 01122143xxx registered on address C-141 Anand Vihar with MTNL Delhi is not working from past 1 month. I have not been able to use the internet/phone services. I have registered numerous complaints but it hasn’t been solved till date. The technician refuses to visit the site and just say that get it done from someone else as he does not have the time to fix it.

I want refund of the amount I paid in the billing cycle in which my services are disrupted. I want my services to be restored as soon as possible. I want compensation for the mental harm caused and the number of times I had to call for my complaint. I also want strict action against the technician who is rude.
