MTNL Triband Worst Broadband Service in Delhi NCR

Dear Reader, I have been suffering from MTNL’s poor services since since 2013 however instead of getting any permanent resolution I have been misbehaved by MTNL staff & harassed by the staff. Let me draw your attention towards the long tiring issue with the hope that you will read this and respond to me. At present it seems my landline has only noise no dial tone and it did not even work for a minute without noise. I have already sent sms on GM’s, ED’s & CMD’s mobile numbers about the issue and have tried my best to inform ever possible concerned person at MTNL. When I contacted Mr. Gupta(GM) like 6 months back, he was too slow in response and made several excuses like- it is raining today, I am the only one in this area, I have other complaints to attend, not able to find the point for distribution etc and after multiple follow-ups, I literally had to beg to this guy to make him ready for a visit yet no one has turned up to resolve the issue.

I have paid most of my bills on-time but sad to report that the services as well as support are always pathetic and lacklustre. Every time, Mr. Gupta(GM) informs it is an issue with the distribution point and gets the issue resolved temporarily. Mr. BK Mittal(ED) had committed that he will forward this case to vigilance for which I am still expecting his response. Let me ensure you that I would not mind registering this case with consumer forum but would never give bribe to MTNL staff for resolving the issue. It is profoundly disappointing that being Executive Director of MTNL, Delhi, he has not been able to resolve 1 year long tiring issue as yet. I am sure that my voice finally reaching to the correct destination and an appropriate action will be initiated to solve my issues permanently. I was suggested by Area Manager, Okhla in the past about taking care of “Chai Pani” for the linemen so that I won’t face the issue in future. Hence help in getting my paid amount refunded for last one year as MTNL has completely failed to attend the complaint as per TRAI standards. Broadband has never been stable landline either gets dead or gets consistent noise.

I really can not believe the well reputed firm like MTNL can be so callous toward its customer and not worried at all about its image despite of holding more than 50 lakhs customers within Delhi. Subsequently, I have even personally informed our respected MTNL’s CMD-Mr. R.K Purwar via sms on his mobile about the one year existing issue however it seems MTNL is unable to provide me with promised services. I am not sure who to reach now if even CMD has failed to resolve the issue. If my money is not refunded, it will robbery done by MTNL as having unstable ADSL for entire last one year makes lot of awakening concerns & it shows how weak grievance mechanism MTNL has.

I demand 1 year bill amount cash back paid to MTNL along with show cause report malpractices pursued by MTNL staff. Permanent Solution to the issue as well.
