I have given application for wireless Modem to be installed in lieu of present Normal Modem wide application dated 19-10-2012 at Sion telephone exchange & work order no is 11375.& CPU Type B. I am very sorry to state that, inspite of continuous follow ups, no one is bother to attend to my request, & on the contrary mtnl staff is asking me to contact of various persons at mtnl. Why i should call the mtnl people for this job, i think MTNL is still far behind their competitors as far in customer service or these staff require urgent counseling for doing their duty sincerely. MTNL most of the staff is not doing proper job or not doing full time duty. i wants to forward this complaint to responsible Manager at MTNL.
