HP Laptop Problems Persists – Customer Care

Sir,i purchase hp laptop rs-40k under warranty period of 1 year on 25/10/12 with model no:g4-2036tu and serial no. 5cd2310zzp. When i bought laptop my laptop was not functioning properly and i went to hp service center on date 21/12/2012 s.l no.762, they replace motherboard as per their info.,yet my laptop was not functioning properly and again i went to service center ,they check and told that now it is ok.. But there is same problem in my laptop. After i call to hp service center may 2013, complain no.4701315998 and hp engg checked and told now it is ok. After 2 day their was same problem ,so i again complain and hp engg visited and checked now he told it is ok but my problem is that over all it is not ok and same problem inside my laptop. And after 2 month my warranty period will expired but till now they(hp)did not solve my problem .so i want help from you and please help regarding this problem

As they failed to solve out my problem from last six months. Four engineers have visited so far and the problem is same it is. There is no improvement. So the laptop must be replaced with new one.
