I booked a flat in moti residency in December 2012 but the builder misguided me that his project was approved by vijaya bank and he also delayed in making agreement letter. when i went to vijaya bank they informed me that it was not so then on telephone they told me to wait till the project gets approved by some other bank and when in june there project got approved and i got my loan sanctioned from axis bank they send me a demand letter including an interest of around 240000. when I contacted the builder office they misbehaved and threatened to cancel the booking.
