I bought MTS postpaid dongle for my home. But it started creating issues after 2-3 months and I was very disappointed by its performance. Therefore i didn’t pay the bill and lodged the complaint. It’s been more than a year now and I am getting threatening calls from customer care on a daily basis. Someone calls and tells that I am Advocate Khusbu calling from Tis Hazari court and a case has been filed against you. This time I got more than 20 calls from them on saturday when Tis hazari court is not working. They are very rude on phone and threatens me that if i dont pay the amt of 602 Rs, then I have to personally attend the case at Tis hazari court. This is mental harassment

I want company to refund me the cost of dongle which was Rs 1000 and they should call me to apologise. Further i want compensation from them for causing me the mental torture. Everytime a girl calls me and says “I am advocate khusbu from tis hazari court”. But she is a liar because she called me on saturday and I checked her number on true caller. I have also recorded the conversation in my phone
