MTS, Connection Disconnected But Billed

Its been 4 months since I stopped using MTS broadband. But they still keep billing me. Already i’ve paid for two months evn though i’ve not used it, on the condition that they will disconnect my connection. Even I got a call confirmation from their representative regarding the disconnection. Now again I got a bill for the last two months and their representatives have been torturing me calling every day

I’ve already paid 2000 even tjough i’ve used it. Now they have billed me for 1200 again.

Disconnect my connection . Close it completely.
